Also thanks to whomever my driver was. He actually brung the food to my DOOR!!! It was a first!! most places call and say "Come outside." That defeats the whole purpose of delivery. If I have to put my shoes on and come outside , I might as well go pickup my food!

Mehak has been my go-to restaurant for Indian food for two years. The tikka masala is the best I've had out of all of the other Indian places in Berkeley, and the samosas are huge and delicious. Delivery is almost always early (my orders usually arrive within 30 minutes!), the delivery staff is always nice, and the free delivery is basically icing on the cake.

mehak is the best indian food in the bay area. they're prompt, tasty, affordable, and really put care into the quality dishes they create. every time i order them for a staff lunch or dinner party, people are amazed by how good everything is. they're the best!!

Love this place! Food is tasty, delivery arrived 40 minutes early! I was injured and let them know it would take me some time to get to the door and the driver was so kind, asking after my health. Forget Breads of India, this place is SO much better!

We need to write more frequent, wonderful reviews for Mehak. We've been ordering from here for years. It's the best. Friendly people, fantastic food, great service. Consistently satisfying. We love Mehak and will never order from any other place!

Mehak is great. We love the food here. It's not the most amazing ambiance or anything like that, but the food is really stellar. We will say that the 'medium spicy' is really 'very spicy' :)

Best chicken vindaloo in the East Bay to date. All the food is fresh and hot when delivered. Vegetarian dishes nice too.
